From these seeds… grew from a process, a response to a journey through my inner landscape following a serious low point in my life. After years of almost exclusively electronic music, I built a guitar and started writing. The music that came flowed easily, with each piece encapsulating one aspect of my journey to a better headspace. It’s an unveiling, a contemplation, an offered balm and a promise. Allow this album to hold space for you in your darkest hour or fondest moment.

All proceeds from the sale of this album will be sent directly to the Glastonbury Mental Health Network, a charity I have worked with as a trustee for the last few years. This music has been battle tested at their events during 2022. It was, in part, inspired by the work we do with one piece, “A safe place”, being in part written during one of our events.

Glastonbury Mental Health Network is a charity that aims to connect local people with projects, practitioners, services and events that can support and improve mental health and wellbeing. The GMHN also delivers their own projects and services, including local Safe Spaces such as “The Snug” a heavily curated space designed to uplift all the senses which is open to all.
